MARRIAGE RETREAT

St. John Paul II Foundation, in collaboration with the Diocese of Charlotte, are hosting the eighth annual Together in Holiness marriage enrichment conference on Saturday, November 21, 2026 at St. Anne Catholic Church in Charlotte, NC. Together in Holiness is a marriage enrichment initiative that inspires couples to grow together in holiness and empowers and equips parents to form their children in the Catholic faith.

The 32nd Annual MiraVia Banquet is on Saturday, October 24, 2026

We  invite your parishioners to register for seats or a table. The banquet is free to attend, but registration is required. Registration is open between September 14 - 30.

We are a Catholic organization that has been supporting mothers and babies in need through our unique College Residence Program and Outreach Program in Charlotte. On the weekend of August 29–30, our parish will take up a special second collection to support both Belmont Abbey College and The Catholic University of America, with undesignated gifts shared equally between the two institutions. As the only Catholic college serving the Carolinas and neighboring states, Belmont Abbey College has been forming faithful Catholic leaders for 150 years, and this year's collection will help establish an endowment to provide tuition assistance for Catholic students from the Diocese of Charlotte. Thank you for your prayerful generosity in supporting both our local Catholic college and the national university of the Catholic Church in the United States.

Supply needs for our teachers go beyond the basics of notebooks and pencils - teachers want to create warm and inviting learning environments that contain engaging manipulatives, literature, and other supplies.

Teachers usually shoulder the burden of obtaining these resources themselves - out of their OWN pockets. Thankfully, you can help! Whether you choose to donate funds or supplies from the list, 100% of your generosity will help teachers in OUR parish start the school year strong.

VBS 2026: A Vatican Adventure with St. Jerome

What an incredible week at VBS 2026! Our parish came alive as children learned about the Vatican, discovering the beauty of the Church and the joy of Scripture with St. Jerome as their guide.

From “Swiss Guard” games and St. Peter’s‑inspired crafts to storytelling in our “Library of the Saints,” each day helped our young pilgrims experience their faith in a hands‑on, joy‑filled way. St. Jerome’s love for Scripture inspired the children to dive into God’s Word through skits, memory verses, and creative projects.

Of course, the week was also packed with music, laughter, outdoor fun, and the kind of friendships that make VBS unforgettable.

A huge thank‑you to our volunteers, teens, and families who made this year’s program such a gift to our parish.

We’re already excited for next summer’s adventure!

¡Qué semana tan increíble vivimos en la Escuela Bíblica de Verano (VBS) 2026! Nuestra parroquia cobró vida mientras los niños aprendían sobre el Vaticano, descubriendo la belleza de la Iglesia y la alegría de las Escrituras con San Jerónimo como guía.

Desde juegos al estilo de la Guardia Suiza y manualidades inspiradas en San Pedro hasta la narración de historias en nuestra «Biblioteca de los Santos», cada día ayudó a nuestros jóvenes peregrinos a vivir su fe de una manera práctica y llena de alegría. El amor de San Jerónimo por las Escrituras inspiró a los niños a profundizar en la Palabra de Dios a través de representaciones, versículos para memorizar y proyectos creativos.

Por supuesto, la semana también estuvo llena de música, risas, diversión al aire libre y ese tipo de amistades que hacen que la VBS sea inolvidable.

Un enorme agradecimiento a nuestros voluntarios, adolescentes y familias que hicieron del programa de este año un verdadero regalo para nuestra parroquia.

¡Ya estamos entusiasmados por la aventura del próximo verano!
